Refund & Return Policy

In-Stock Items**: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items due to change of mind or fit.

Defective or Damaged Items**: Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with evidence (photos). We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Customised Items**: No refunds are available for customised or personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Returns**: Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Processing Refunds**: Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days depending on the buyer’s bank.
